Choc, avo and banana smoothie

It’s low fodmap, satisfying, and packed with deliciousness - perfect for a sensitive tummy treat!

METHOD :

  1. Add ingredients to blender

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Taste & adjust. Give it a taste and add a splash more milk (or cold water) if it’s too thick.

  4. Serve & enjoy. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cacao nibs, shredded coconut or a chopped almond for a crunchy twist, and enjoy immediately!
