Sales, Delivery and Returns Policy

 

SALES

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us (for example, an excessive number of orders per household that stops us supplying others). In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We accept payments via PayPal and from major credit and debit cards using the secure Stripe payment platform. You can also pay using Apple Pay if you have it set up on your device.

DELIVERY

We will endeavour to pack and post your order by 3 pm on the next business day.

We cannot guarantee delivery time. We are based in Perth and ship using Australia Standard Parcel Post and Express Parcel Post services. These services are affected at peak times of year (pre-Christmas), and by severe weather events and delivery times vary over time. Typical delivery times are updated at https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-delivery-times

Please use the delivery times below as broad guidance only.

If you are based in WA, typical post times are:

Standard Post: 2 to 6 days

Express Post: 1 to 3 days

If you are in NSW, VIC, or QLD, typical post times are currently:

Standard Post: 5 to 8 days

Express Post: 2 to 4 days

Delivery is usually quicker to South Australia than the Eastern States, but it can take longer for our parcels to reach other states and territories.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

We hope that you will enjoy our products as much as we do. We have certified all of our shake products with Monash University so you can be assured that they are low fodmap. We also regularly test for gluten using a nationally accredited laboratory. As Superflora is a functional food product, we cannot onsell products (even if unopened) which means that we cannot accept returns or offer a refund because you have changed your mind or it is not to your taste once opened.

However, if you believe that there is major problem with the product, it is faulty, or has been damaged in transit, please keep all packaging and remaining product and contact us as soon as possible at flora@noisyguts.net to organise a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund for the goods and your return postage costs will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.
