INGREDIENTS

2 kiwi fruit, peeled

1 banana, firm/just ripe or 1/3 of a ripe banana

350g French Bean Vanilla Superflora gut health shake

1 tsp maple syrup

1/4 cup lactose-free or coconut yoghurt

250ml lactose-free milk

METHODS:

  1. Add ingredients to blender

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Taste & adjust. Give it a taste and add a splash more milk (or cold water) if it’s too thick.

  4. Serve & enjoy!
