Low FODMAP Creamy Chocolate Chia Pudding

This smooth chocolate chia pudding is rich and satisfying. We've blitzed the chia to make it extra smooth and creamy.

This gut-friendly, low FODMAP dessert delivers on both taste and texture.

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

  • 250 ml coconut milk (no inulin)

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Method:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz.

Pour into ramekins and allow to set for four hours or overnight. Top with raspberries and desiccated coconut.
