Low FODMAP Pecan Pie Smoothie
This delicious smoothie combines classic maple, pecan and vanilla flavours with a little creamy banana. Delicious!
You can also add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
Ingredients: serves 1
• 50g French Bean Vanilla or Vanilla Plant-Based Superflora
• ⅓ ripe banana
• 7 pecan halves
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• 250ml lactose-free milk or almond milk
